Here are our recommendations of games for PC and Mac gaming to
get you started:
FREE
- League of Legends – a multiplayer online battle
arena video game which involves 2 teams fighting against each other to defeat
the nexus. You are able to choose 1 out
of 121 different (and constantly expanding) champions, or more commonly
referred to as characters. You alongside
4 other people will work together to defeat the other team. This is a very fun
game, and has an easy learning curve for those new to the game. This is especially enjoyable with groups of
friends.
- HearthStone – a dominating card game where you
play online against players from around the world. There are many decks, cards and it’ll be a
different gameplay every time. This game
is about strategy and just a little bit of luck.
- Left for Dead (STEAM)– zombies have taken over,
and you are left with your friends to defend yourself and get to safe houses to
escape them. This is a first person
shooter that is generally played with your friends/or online. There are a variety of zombies and different
situations you need to get yourselves out of.
Not Free
- Counter Strike: Global Elite (STEAM)– this is a
first person shooter game with many different game modes. You can play with your teams, or by
yourself. The goal… kill the other team.
- Sims 3 – this is a simulation game where you
are able to create a person, even families and control their lives. You can also design their house, clothes, and
just about anything.
